    Total: 26.5

    Not great, but I also didn't eat as well this week as in previous weeks. At least it's down. :unsure:

    I'm holding steady at 131. This is good. I'm down a total of 4 pounds and it's staying off. And, I don't feel like I've been dieting (this is probably why I'm not losing weight faster!). I have about 5lbs to go. At this rate, it will take me till July, but as long as I'm losing, I'm happy.

    Not losing as fast as I wanted to but a total of 8 pounds gone since January 1st!

    Sad to say, I gained again :( Another .5 which brings me to 11 pounds lost. I ended up sick with strep and completely fell off the wagon at the start of the week. Proud to say that I got back on and have been relatively good since then. Tomorrow is a new day!

    Down a total of 4. I hadn't really been as gungho about it as I should be, but that's changing as I've been going to gym regularly and more often and I've been doing portion control.

    Well I have to say that I gained this week: .4 I have to say that it is the medication that I am on, Prednizone (sp?). It is making me eat like a pig. I know that this week will be a better week!

    Hey! I'm joining in now. I had my baby back in December so I have that wonderful help of breastfeeding on my side to help burn calories. I also have been carrying a pedometer with me the last week as well. In the past two weeks I've lost about 10 pounds (my mother in law says that it's mostly water weight though). I'm working on keeping to a calorie intake between 1,500 and 1,900. I found a calculator on line that shows what you should eat based on height, weight, goal weight, and activity level. For me, 1,500 was if I don't exercise for an hour and 1,900 is if I did exercise for an hour that day. Anyways, I will weigh in on Sundays.

    Starting weight- 163 lbs
    Current weight-154
    Lost- 9 lbs
    Goal weight- 135 lbs

    Down 1.3 this week. 19.5 overall...splurged today on Bruster's, but had no sugar added, fat free ice cream. Stayed under my calorie goal after my exercise. Worked out hard, but it was worth it for ice cream. I deserve a treat every once in a while.

    That 30 goal is eluding me! I need to get back on track with my diet and exercise. I feel like I've been working so hard and no results! I hate plateaus!

    I keep hovering between 137.5 and 140-- for like 3 weeks now! I'm THRILLED with the weight I've lost, but would love to see the lower 130's!

    I'm hoping that Spring weather will appear after this weekend's monsoon, and that I'll get the UMPH to go walking every day.

    Whoo hoo - I had a great week. I lost 3.6 pounds, which brings the total to 15.5 pounds. Whoo hooo!

    I forgot to post my lst weigh in. My total weight lost since January 1st is now 9 pounds! Only 20 more to go. Great job everyone else who posted this week!

    I feel like I am slipping, though I did lose ~.5 lb lst week. I changed my weigh in day to Friday mornings. I worked out 4 days last week, and still only lost a minimal amount. My aunt, aka my trainer, says I am likely building muscle. I'd still like to see the number go down, as I have a good bit to lose before July.

    Today I wore a skirt that I haven't worn in at least 2 years!!! :)

    I'm now able to wear my "interview" suit that I haven't worn in 3 years and it fits better than it did back then!

    And today I'm wearing a suit that would have been out of the question last year!

    Only 10 pounds, but they've made quite a difference!

    So, while I'm still not at target weight, I'm loving the results so far. I'll get back on the wagon big time after St. Patrick's Day (and all that soda bread I spent the weekend making.)

    One of the things on my To Do list this week is to go through all of the clothes--I have things in 4 or 5 different sizes. I did find a couple of pairs of pants yesterday that haven't fit for a more than 2 years--wahoo!!!

    I put on a pair of pants this morning that I haven't been able to wear in at least 2 years...and they are too big! I have nothing that fits, but I refuse to buy anything new until I lose more, so I guess I'll go belt shopping this weekend.

    I haven't stepped on the scale for the past few weeks. I haven't been totally "bad" but haven't been as careful as I should be. Imagine my surprise when I got on the scale this morning (fully expecting to see that it hadn't budged) to find that I lost another 3 pounds! My total is now 15 pounds since the beginning of January! I'm definitely far behind where I would have liked to be by now, but am encouraged!

    Congrats on the losses girls!!! The scale hasn't budged much, but I'm please with the way the body is starting to look.

    I'm still chugging along, but I have stopped weighing myself. I am gaining muscle, and can see changes, but beat myself up when I don't see change on the scale.

    I may have discovered a new weight loss solution... I've managed to lose eight pounds since Thursday with this plan... I call it the "Flu Diet"... very successful... yeah, you may not have the energy to do anything... but how else are you going to lose eight pounds practically overnight???

    I'm feeling better, but I'm still not ready to eat yet... I'm drinking water right now to keep hydrated, but that's it.

    I just did the 30-day shred level 1 after NOT doing it since last summer (and lived to tell about it whoo whoo)! I had to rest after those darn jumping jacks but got through the rest of it ok. I'm hoping it will make a difference in my weigh in tomorrow. I am also going to try to squeeze in a walk tonight. TOday is the first day of my Spring break and I am going to try to make the most of it!!

    130 - Yay! I'm down a pound since 2 weeks ago, and a total of 5 pounds since January 1st. The 120's are in sight. I haven't seen them for 8 years and have missed them dearly.

    dfleming~Yep, I lost 5 lbs that way a few weeks ago. Once dh leaves on the 3rd, I'll be spending more time in the gym.

    Down 2.3 this week. 23.9 since January 9th. Still lots to lose, but I'm getting there. Went to Dick's to buy some new workout pants last night since mine are falling off...bought a large instead of a 2XL for the 1st time in too many years to count!!!

    Way to go on the losses ladies!!! I'm down another .5 lb. I have 9 more to go until my goal weight. Dh leaves tomorrow for 2 months so I'm hoping to get the gym more often since I won't have him to come home to.

    I think it's time for me to start this & I'm pretty sure you all will help! My first task is to NOT weigh myself on the Publix scale(which is really really really wrong!) but to actually BUY one LOL.

    I went to the doctors today which is when I realized I need to start eating better and actually exercising! ….

    Starting Weight: 180 *sigh*
    1st Goal: 160
    2nd Goal:140
    Final Goal: 130
