Anyone watching this season? Wow, it's already starting off with a bang! Who do you think is going to win? Do you have any favorites...or anyone you can't stand?
I am, and I'm totally confused right now. I don't understand the strategy. Why aren't the boomerangs worried? They don't have the numbers anymore. Why didn't the two noms try to win POV? You would have assured safety instead of relying on someone else? Why hasn't Rachel gotten rid of his royal self? He's bossy, ill-tempered, and acts like he's the better of the two. Not that I like Rachel, but the other half is completely annoying. Why is someone who is a youth minister acting like that? He's embarrassing. Is he that clueless? Not setting much of an example. And finally, why do I wish ED was still on there?
I'm sad ED went home. I'm curious as to what happened and can't believe they didn't tell Daniele what was happening. I can't stand Rachel or Brendan and was extremely annoyed when I saw them walk through the door! She is still clueless...watches everyone else's actions and only does what they tell her. She really has no game. If they can get people to turn on the youth minister because he has gone crazy, they may be able to get some numbers back. Porsha and the other metal guy seem to be willing to go with the old house guests. I agree with your statement as well about how embarrassing the youth minister is. He is NOT a good role model at all. I also love Jeff and Jordan, but she is clueless. Wow!
The veterans aren't worried because they're being revered and practically worshiped. Some of the newbies are so star-struck that they aren't thinking clearly, and the vets know this. Porsche and Keith are both idiots. That's the only explanation for not trying to win POV. If this game has taught us anything, it's that the pawns are just as likely to go home as the targets. No one should ever feel safe on the block. Ever. Do you mean why hasn't Rachel gotten rid of Brendan? I've wondered the same thing. I think he's worse than ill-tempered and bossy....I think he's controlling and borderline abusive. Plus he acts like he knows everything about everything, has done everything, has seen everything....Ugh. Can't stand him. As for Keith, the youth minister, I knew he would be bad news before the show even started when I read his bio at CBS. He said something about his "Keith's Angels" strategy, and I was like, What a dumbass....Then he talked about wanting to find pretty girls and use them to his advantage and how he wanted them to be "dripping honey" or something like that. Ridiculous.
I agree with all of this. I wish ED was not gone as well. I really wanted him on the show. I also can not stand the youth minister. He annoys me.
I say good riddance to ED... I never liked him. And without him, the veterans will be gone quickly. I think Brendan and Rachel deserve one another, though I'd prefer they not be on my television. Keith is crazy, but Porsche is also a wingnut. I'd rather have Porsche go. In all honesty, the only people I really like are Jeff and Jordan (and maybe the pair of women, Cassi and whatsherface). I can deal with Danielle now that ED is gone. I liked Jeff's speech to the other veterans on yesterday's episode. This is the first year in a long time that I've decided not to read any spoilers... I'm assuming it goes without saying that this is a spoiler free thread?
I was very glad when ED left. I am cheering for Jeff and Jordan but I also like Dominic. Should be a fun season!

So far, this season is pretty boring. At least Dick would've cranked the energy level. Thank goodness Keith is out. What a jerk. I love Jeff and Jordan and Brendan doesn't bother me. He's quite handsome, too.
He should be...and deserved to be voted out. Who doesn't fight for the veto??? Especially, this early in the game. I liked him in the beginning but eventually, he started getting on my nerves. I wish both he and Porsche could have left. So far, this season is a little dull, but we shall see!
I liked him in the beginning as well. Then he started to play the dating game and I just got annoyed that he is a youth paster and was not really setting a good example. And he was so cocky. But your right 1st year teacher, this season has been pretty dull.
I love Jeff and Jordan too! She's such a ditz, but they are cute. Brendan reminds me of a needy, insecure teenager! What was with the stupid fight over her calling him by his pet name? She seemed to love the drama, so maybe they're meant to be. But I agree - I'd rather they weren't on my TV! Even though I love Jeff and Jordan, I can't help but root for the newbies.
Rachel is the boss of Brendan. That is why their relationship works. He is like an insecure teenager and Rachel loves to boss him around. lol
I'm rooting for the young kid. He cracked me up as he was watching everyone while they were playing some kind of made-up instruments.
I think I'm cheering for Jordan and Daniele this year. I kind of like Cassi too, at least at this point, but I don't know how long she's going to last. The only people I'm actively cheering against are Brendon, Rachel, and Porsche. I'm disappointed in some things Jeff has said in the house this season, and they've really changed my opinion of him. I used to like him a lot, and I think he's stunningly gorgeous, but now that I've heard certain opinions/beliefs of his, I can't say that I like him as much right now.
Well I watch Big Brother After Dark every night and without spoiling anything....Brendon and Rachel fight every night ! No kidding! It's soooo annoying! Last night, they were arguing about why Rachel shouldn't get plastic surgery or botox. Rachel starts whining, then Brendon poubts (sp?). Same ol' same ol', night after night. I kinda wish BB chose Kaysar to return. I used to love Kaysar!
Oh how I wish Jordon would have back doored Rachael and Brenden! Now Rachael is HOH...ewwww. I'm liking Danielle, Shelly, Jordon. Don't really get a chance to know Lawon, Calia, & Porshe yet as they do not create drama.
I was so ****** when she decided not to backdoor them. Not only would one be gone, but the other wouldn't have been able to play in the HOH last night. I don't get why they want to stick with this alliance. You know Jeff or Jordan will be backdoored this week.
Agreed...they should have back doored Brenden as he wins the physical challenges. This week I wouldn't be surprised to see Jeff go for the same reason. Disappointed that BB didn't have more to challenge these two...although Dominac did it this week! Wish a newbie would have won HOH this week.
I agree that Jordan should have put up Brendon and Rachel. I was so upset that she didn't. I think JeJo (Jorf?) might have blown their chance to get Brenchel out.
I hope that Rachel puts up Dominic and Adam, with the goal to get out Adam. (I don't think Daniele will let Dominic be the target.) The only bad part about that plan is that it could result in JeJo being named the replacement noms if Adam/Dominic are removed after POV. Ugh! So frustrating! I can't stand Rachel and her fake crying and her weird mouth and her overall nastiness. I think she's a mean person.
Something that I've been trying to figure out.... There are going to be 4 Golden Keys, right? So far we've seen three issued: Dani, Porsche, Shelly. What happens next week when the next person gets a Golden Key? Nothing? Because the way it was worded was that the holders of the Golden Keys would be safe until there were 10 players left. That means that the next Golden Keyholder will receive absolutely no benefit. His/her partner will be evicted this week, the number of contestants will be 10, and next week the last Golden Keyholder will be up for eviction just like everyone else, no free week like the other Golden Keyholders. This makes me think that another houseguest is going to enter/return to the house this week after the eviction. That way there will be 11 contestants, so the 4th Golden Keyholder will have one freebie safe week. Thoughts?
That is true. The houseguests were just speaking about that last night on BB After Dark. The last golden keyholder will have no benefit. They are making plans for what they are going to do when it is all singles and no more couples. I am so upset that Cassi is gone. She really got under Rachel's skin and I loved that. Nobody else in the house wants to ruffle Rachel's feathers. Jordan did tell Rachel the truth about herself, but in a nice way. Last night, Jordan, Shelly, Kalia & Lawon were talking about Rachel and how she has sex with Brendon in the house. I think Jordan is getting tired of "Brenchal" and may eventually turn on them. I just wish she wasn't so scared to do it now. I think Rachel is going to put up Adam & Dominic. They were talking how there was no reason to put up Kalia & Lawon, although they were saying how they don't trust Lawon because he lies. Hmmmm?? The question is who will they align with and who will they try to get out of the house? Danielle is really pushing for Dominic to stay. My guess is they will either want Lawon or Adam to go.
I definitely think they're going to bring someone back, also. It's been weird how nothing has been revealed to the evicted house-guests when being interviewed by Julie (like last week when Keith left I was really looking forward to him seeing that both him and Porsche were throwing the veto competition) and in Q & As with Keith it seems like he has no clue which two newbies turned on him. There's no reason other than a chance of somebody coming back that they wouldn't be told some of this stuff, but then again with Big Brother who knows. Out of all the newbies Dominick is by far my favorite and I think he has the opportunity to go far if he makes it out of this week and I think that Danielle is in the best position to win. I wish that Brendan and Rachel were never brought back, but at least I don't believe that they really have a chance to win the whole thing and was laughing when Rachel was telling Cassi she had the worst game in Big Brother history as I can't think of a house-guest that has had a worse social game than Rachel and I can't believe that she didn't learn anything from last season.
I wish Jordan had put them up. It would have been a huge move. I laughed out loud when Jeff jumped on Rachel and she ran to the bushes. Who does that????

So here is where I am confused! I thought Rachel took 2 weeks of slop, but yet they give her a basket full of goodies for being head of household! She should only have slop to eat and not the goodies!
Yes, once she is not HOH anymore, she's back on slop! That's why she's shoving her face every chance she gets. LOL!
I just think that even though she is HOH they still should make her be on slop! That is why the candy is going down so quickly!!
I'm not sure if ED will come back. He has been on twitter talking a lot about the livefeeds. There is no way he can come back now knowing all this backgroung information. Maybe they will do a double eviction in the middle of the game to get rid of two people to make it even.
A lot of random stuff. I think you can type in Evel Dick on twitter in google and you maybe able to see his tweets even if you do not have twitter. I did not read it all.
They HGs talked about this before the HOH competition, actually. Even if you're on slop, if you're the HOH then you're allowed to eat whatever is in your special HOH basket of goodies. Rachel can eat that stuff but not any of the other food in the house.
