Here are some of the best books I have found on teaching ideas.

    1. Hands down the best: The End of Molasses Classes by Ron Clark This book has 101 great and creative ideas to implement in the classroom and throughout the school. Unlike most educational books this has lots of ideas that are truly unique and not things you've heard 100 times before. He was Disney's teacher of the year in the US as a 5th grade teacher.

    2. The best book on Classroom Management: Tools For Teaching by Fred Jones

These books have taught me more than anything else. Ron Clark's book is very new, so I have only implemented it this year, and it is really helping make this 5th grade year a great one.
