Ok so I'm ready to read everything I can about behavior and classroom management and am interested in your recommendations of things to read.

I already know the typical Harry Wong "First Days" book and Fred Jones "Tools for Teaching"...apparently there's an Adam Waxley book...?

    And is it Rick Morris?

Others that I haven't mentioned that you think are awesome?

    (yes I said awesome)

    who is that?:D

If you want to get an idea of my classroom management approach I have a couple of free resources you can take a look at and decide for yourself...

You can try out my 5-part classroom management e-course @ www.Classroom-Management-Tips.com

You can take a look at my blog: www.Teaching-Tips-Machine.com/blog. I have been making lots of posts lately about classroom management...particularly how to handle minor disturbances without escalating the problem.

I also have several articles written here: www.Teaching-Tips-Machine.com/education_articles.htm. There are a few related to classroom management.

    Hope that helps,
    Adam Waxler
