I am trying to find new bedding for our guest room. I would love a comforter set--color doesn't matter--the walls are off white, and the furniture is brown wood.

I have been all over today trying to find new bedding, and I have had no luck.

I went to Macys, Bed Bath and Beyond, Dillards...and a few other places.

Any advice? I am so frustrated. Where else can I go?

I love shopping for bedding!!! It is my favorite thing after shoes, to shop for! I would look at overstock.com and Kohl's. Sometimes Target has really nice stuff for not too expensive. Let me know when you get something...I love bedding so much I have a contact high from thinking about buying new stuff. hahaha

Don't forget WalMart! Kohl's is good as is Target. Do you have a Burlington's Coat Factory?? They have nice bedding!

Google it and shop online first; you may save some time. The go see it in person if possible.

I was at Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel last week. Nothing caught my eye.

    Thanks for the help, everyone!

I would look online. Usually places like Kohl's, JCPenney, and Target have more options online, plus reviews, which are sometimes very helpful. They also tend to have free shipping and/or sales. And ALWAYS google coupon codes-you might be able to find free shipping that way.

I bought new twin comforters for my guest room at Tuesday Morning this summer - a pair of Laura Ashley mini-sets that included shams for just $40 each. I was in Target last week and saw some cute ones.

all of our bedding is from JCPenney and we love it! they have good deals on their "Bed in a Bag" sometimes (I used to work there, in housewares!) - the thread count is low on the sheets, but you could always buy another set of sheets, or not worry about it if it's for a guest bed. (depends on how well you like your guests! lol) they have good clearance deals from time to time too - you just have to do a little hunting. :)

I am a great bargain hunter. I went to Goodwill Outlet Store and found a new quilt. If you look carefully, you can find new things, especially after Christmas.

I bought my mother a great quilt at The Grocery Outlet Store for $12.00. BiMart also has some nice quilts at a resonable price.

Sometimes you have to wait and see. I know your feeling. I'm so picky about bedding. If I feel like I'm getting tired of my bedding I start looking immediately because it usually takes me 3-4 months to find something I like.

Stores should be coming out with new items for the spring. If you can't find anything now wait a month and the new stuff will hit the shelves. :)

First we need to get a bed in our guest room, but as soon as we do, I can't wait to go shopping for bedding.
