    Hey all!
I'm wondering if you know of any great back-to-school sales this week. Here's what I have found so far:

Walmart has lots of stuff on sale - I bought 24 ct. Crayola crayons for 25 cents each (I bought 40!), 2-packs of Elmer's glue sticks for 25 cents each, and 70 count spiral notebooks for 15 cents.

Office Depot has an Ativa 4GB "thumb," "flash," or "usb" drive on sale for $9.99.

Target has vinyl pencil pouches, 1" vinyl binders, 70ct. spiral notebooks and packages of pencils for 50 cents each, and their polo shirts are all on sale for 8-12 dollars. Also (classroom storage!) they have the sterilite ultra plastic storage drawers on sales for $15.

I'd love to read what you have found!

I got the 2-ream limit of the copy paper at Staples for a penny each after rebate.

I also got the teacher limit of 25 packages of the 10 packs of pencils for a penny each.

I don't really need anything else this year . . . unless the prices are really, really good, of course.

At Wal-Mart I got 30 spirals for journals at 15 cents each, I also go 60 of the heavier duty (card stock with the glossy finish holds up much better then the penny folders) 2 pocket folders with brads for 15 cents each (used for writing and our calendar). My Wal-mart had not limit on these but only 12 spirals per customer. However I got my spirals at the Wal-Mart down the street from the school where there was no limit.

I know the staples lady said to give it another week or two so that I could get the penny folders. Also don't forget to let them know your a teacher because then you can get 30 of items such as folders and pencils.;)

Are these the divider tabs that are attached to paper or the divider tabs you adhere on your own? Either way, it sounds like a deal.

Went to Office Depot today - the manager said he thought their "teacher week" would be the first week in August. Office Max doesn't have their specials for the week posted online yet (I neglected to get a newspaper!). Best Buy doesn't seem to have any good sales yet.

Bumble - I got those pocket charts from target last year - their great BUT open the packages and let the charts air out on your porch or something - mine smelled like mothballs!

Our Staples and Office Depot have their Teacher Appreciation Days on August 1st. The Office Max near me has theirs this Saturday. Office Max is giving away a tote bag and everything you can fit inside it is 15% off.

lemon, they are the ones on paper with the little slips you slide into the plastic tabs. The papers have the glossy reinforcing layer along the three-hole punched sides. I can't remember if there were 5 or 6 in the pack, and my store had no limits. The sheet protectors were packs of 10. They also had packs of mechanical pencils for $0.39 (I got some last year--they were cheap but okay as a treat for the kids for the price).

Amakay- thank you so much! I'll get some of those dividers. I stocked up on bic mechanical pencils last year-6 for 25 cents at Staples. The leads break easy but they'll do in a pinch.
