Next year - southwest Ohio!!
Sounds good to me!
Spent Thursday night in Houston due to flight mess up by United; which I WOULD NOT use ever again in my future vacation deals. CA was nice and cooler though; 70-80 degrees. It was cool to us.
Hubby was the mad one, NOT ME!
ANYWAYS, Houston sounds good, and I would drive the 2+ hours, IF y'all can floor it UP!
My choice of words are whatever comes to mind, so hang in there and !
Well, we had a nice time, and enjoyed meeting each other. The turnout was small (me, STG, Tasha, Teachling and her teacher friend), but we had a good time talking teacher talk.
Hopefully we can do it again next year and have an even bigger turn out!
I don't think anyone took pictures, though... lol.
I may need to crash that one!
I could totally do a Southwest Ohio meetup. Columbus is a 4 hour drive when I'm up at school.
Enjoyed it, maybe we should plan a whole weekend out on the town somewhere - Teacher's Night Out
Don't know where you are Mike, but I can't think of any place in NY that would be four hours from Columbus (which is central Ohio), but we should find some location where a lot of people can attend!
YES! This is a definite must for next time! There are so many cool things to do and neat places to visit!
I hope those of you in other areas of the country plan something. Just go for it! Don't worry about who will show up or if everyone can make it. You'll never be able to find the "perfect time". Just plan it and if people can make it, they will.
I agree, I tried this several years ago and it ended up being me and one other AtoZer, but it was still fun
Had so much fun today!!
So true! If I hadn't just gone for it, I would have missed on this great opportunity to meet you all. Thank you.
Oh Id love to meet up in the OHio one..I will be coming back in Oct!
Any AZ - AtoZers out there...???
