Is there one (or two) articles of clothing you've pretty much lived in all summer? I have a LOT of clothes, but I've been mostly wearing this black maxi skirt that has a multi-colored, paisley design & it's just so comfy & easy! I wear it w/ a black tank.
Shorts, t shirt, and barefoot. That is pretty much my attire all year. I do add a sweatshirt in the winter!
Flip flops and pool attire. Some one needs to roll time back. I need at least another week of just being able to lounge around the pool!
yoga pants or capris..tank top or short sleeve cotton tops...depends on whether or not I am leaving my house
Shorts! I hadn't worn shorts in several years. Fake tan plus losing almost 50 pounds, plus the toning from the gym, plus three new tattoos on my thighs made me go shopping for shorts.
Shorts, t-shirts and orthaheel flip flops! When school starts it takes forever for me to get used to wearing shoes again! My feet will hurt so bad.
Typically I wear denim shorts and a Tshirt or tank. I have three Life Is Good t-shirts that are my go-to's because they are so soft.
Actually, I have several maxi skirts I need to alternate wearing all summer...some are in tie dyed patterns.
I have lived in a maxi shirt and flip-flops...it's my first time wearing a maxi skirt, it's actually on the shorter side (to the ankle) since I hate when they're too long and then you're always stepping on them. I'm just on the border of a petite inseam and never wear heels, so I have a hard time finding things that aren't way too long!
White tanks. I must have 15. I soak them in Biz and they're always white. White tanks, khaki shorts, and Birkenstocks. When I head out, I toss over a colored, button down, over sized shirt or one of my many colored jean jackets. Oh and no make up. Just blow dry and go short hair. LOVE IT!
Yeah, I've had to have a few skirts of mine hemmed. I feel the same about black (spaghetti-strapped) tanks, I have about 15 of them too.
I usually can't wear maxi dresses and skirts because they are so long, but I recently found a store that had some in the petite section! WooHoo!
I have a knit navy Ralph Lauren skirt with one of the horsey type patterns he often uses (bridles, etc in cream and brown). It's light weight, a flattering flared, above knee cut with a very slight ruffle at the bottom. It looks dressy-casual depending on the top, but with a simple tank top it's as comfortable as wearing pajamas yet looks like I spent more than 3 minutes getting dressed. This will also be a staple in my fall wardrobe. I bought it in March but have already worn it a few dozen times. I don't usually buy navy or patterns, so this was a strange purchase for me. I mostly only bought it because of the comfort factor and the sale price. I've ended up loving it. Go figure!
