    One day - All about Google tools for the classroom.

    Also having a meeting with P and other team teachers regarding our curriculum and ideas for tweaking it to improve our kids' success with the state exams. Not sure that will be counted as PD. Both count towards the 3 days I have to be in school before the new school year starts in August.

    I attended a PD to discuss our pacing guide for the year - since I am teaching a new subject, I thought it would be a good idea to know what standards I will cover in which 9 weeks. I recently attended a week long PD (thankfully close to home) about teaching Science using inquiry. That workshop was EXCELLENT because we actually had to create a lesson and teach it. I cannot wait to teach my students about plate tectonics using Oreos :)

    I also enjoy attending PD with teachers from other schools to see what others are doing outside of my PLC group.

    Oh man PD lunch breaks at the best! It's all about the food! :)
