Hello! So in Massachusetts most schools use school spring. Sometimes there are multiple jobs for the same school posted. I don't want to overkill by sending my resume for each one, but there is no way to send one for all the jobs. I also think its weird that my cover letter is basically the same because its the same school with similar positions. Anyone else run into this?

I just send a cover letter stating the district and my interest in an elementary education position. I would just apply to all of them.

Thank you. The issue is each position is listed separately on school spring and states to not email them but to use school spring. I modified a few of my cover letters to state I also am applying for other elementary positions in the district

I'm about to apply for an English position at a school where I interviewed for a social science position yesterday. In my email thanking the principal for the interview, I said that I was going to apply for the English position and that I was flexible in terms of where she put me according to the needs of her students.

In my cover letter, I'm going to hit some points that came from my interview and dispense with anything that the principal already knows about me.

I have never interviewed at the same school twice before. I as well am trying to get an English teaching position. I am wondering, if someone was to interview at a school and didn't get the job but applied for another position with the same school that same summer and called you in for another interview, would they still ask you the same interview questions? Wouldn't the answers be almost the same but just tweeked a little bit because its a different subject? Hope that makes sense.... I would think they already know how you are and how you interview and no need to interview again if they just recently interviewed you, idk maybe its just me.

I'll let you know if it happens this summer.
I actually applied at my current school for a 5th grade, didn't get it, then interviewed for an ELA specialists, didn't get it, and finally offered a first grade. But that was in-district.

Sarge, so did you interview twice with the same person? When I was job hunting, a school I had already interviewed with for a math/science cored position posted a math-only position I was also qualified for. I applied for it, just by activating that position in the district application. The principal called me within 15 minutes to confirm my interest in the new position and let me know I hadn't gotten the first job, which I had already figured out. He didn't need to interview me again and three days later I got the call from HR offering me the second position, which I took and still have.
