Does anyone have any experience interviewing for such a position? I'm hoping you all can help me out by suggesting interview questions I could use to prepare myself.

My education and experience absolutely qualify me for this position but I tend to freeze up at interviews! Thank you for any help you can give.

If you've been working in Head Start, you should be fine :)
Just sell yourself. Tell them about your experiences.
At the end, ask them if there are any reasons why they wouldn't hire you and then address any issues they bring up. That way, any doubts they had about you will be cleared up :)

Some questions I was asked when I interviewed for Head Start:
"What would you do if you went on a home visit and the house was dirty and everyone was still in their pajamas?"
"How do you get along with coworkers who have been there longer than you but you are their supervisor?"
"What would you do if a child told you last night he was spanked with a belt?"
"What would I see if I walked into your classroom?"
"Tell me about your background working with diverse children and families"
"How would this position fit in with your career goals?"
