Using manipulatives in math, designing inquiry-based science lessons, making writing cross-curricular, field trips and virtual field trips, using technology for internet scavenger hunts, powerpoints and video clips. How do these sound?

Never mind I know where you are applying! Have fun with that 15 page application. I didn't even bother with that school district the app. wasn't worth it to me.
I avoided applying there also- but now I'm desperate! I'm sure that they won't even look at my application either! And now I'm writing an essay for them... Owell. We are moving there Sept 1st I think- so that's really why I'm applying now. I don't exactly understand what they are asking for in the question. I could go different directions, so I am hoping others have had to answer this one!
My friend works there and she was just hired last summer. So she had to answer it. Let me email and see if she knows what they are looking for.
I had to fill out an application for the job I was offered too. There was an essay question, but they gave you a choice of 4 topics. I went over and over that essay, and honestly, I don't even think anyone read it. The principal who hired me didin't even know that I had already sent my certificate and asked me for a copy. Then she found it when I brought a new one in!!
