I have to teach AP US History next year. I'm starting to prepare and I was curious if anyone had any good resources/websites they would recommend. I went to the training last week and I got a ton of books and information. Now I'm just trying to put it all together. Thanks for any suggestions or tips!
The AP central website has a forum that you can ask questions in. That will get you a lot more specific info and the teachers there are really great about sharing their syllabus and helping through the course audit process. At every APUSH training I've been at the instructor usually shares their syllabus and course audit and usually don't mind you taking that, modifying a bit and submitting it. I'd share mine, but I haven't taught APUSH since the redesign. Do you know what book your students will be using. I'f find a syllabus that uses those resources.
