I have been on teacherweb for 2 years now. I like it and I'm still adding/changing things. Like it? Hate it? Thoughts?

I have a teacherweb page. I like the ease of adding things. My parents and students love it.

Its a website where you can post everything your parents/students will need to know. Homework, documents, supply lists, wish lists, etc.

I like it, but i am still learning. Just changed a few features on mine a few days ago.

Check it out and let me know what you think. Suggestions, changes, improvements are always welcome.

This will be year 6 for me and TeacherWeb. I've always been successful with the ease of keeping it up, and I've appreciated the changes and updates they've added over the years.

I think the cost is very reasonable, as well. My school used to pay for it, but due to budget cuts, I am paying for it this year.

    Here's my site: http://www.teacherweb.com/ca/lavorgnaes/osinski/t.stm

    Chele :)

Thank you for sharing your link, I like taking a look at other teacher's pages for ideas. If anyone else on Teacherweb posts their link it would be appreciated.

    I'm new to Teacher Web

I just started a new webpage for my class this summer. I really like teacher web. I saw lots of others with different graphics and I purchased a set from Thistle Girl Designs.

I really like TeacherWeb - this will be my second year. It does what I need it to do, and some additional things that I'm still exploring!

I love TeacherWeb! I am in the process of overhauling my site. I bought the Hollywood theme from thistlegirl. I'm really excited, but still have a lot to do. I am excited about the locker feature they will have in the fall. I like that my students will have space to save their work. I can't wait to explore that! I guess my only complaint right now is the long web address associated with each individual teacher's site. I wish they could be more customizable or shorter than they are.

What locker feature? I'm going to have to look that up. Thanks

Oh, and I hate the long address. I print it out side ways as large as I can and laminate the strips for each student to take home and put on fridge, desk, etc.

I made a snipurl for mine - its free and will never disappear. You go to www.snipurl.com to make it. Mine is http://snipurl.com/mrsgannon which is not awesome, but is at least short and pretty easy to remember.

I have TeacherWeb, but I keep the pictures and graphics pretty general. I have our mascot, our school colors, just so I don't have to update it for every season and holiday. Our computers at school are very slow, so I don't always have time to update the pics on it.

I love this! I had no idea you could do this, and I am so thankful to be able to give the parents something they can actually remember!

    Thanks.
