Just wondering if anyone is in this and how you are doing??!
I'm a little too north, but it sure is blustery and cold. Quite the contrast to yesterday's 50 degree plus temps! All of our snow melted with last week's rain and the high temps, so I wouldn't mind a few inches just in time for Christmas...
Just rain in my area...cold, wet rain...but we need it.
I for one am enjoying the cold and the clouds here in "sunny" SoCal, but I'd cheerfully bottle 'em up and ship 'em off if it would give you Northern Plains people the white Christmas you're waiting for.
I'm too far north for this particular storm. This winter has been crazy. It's the middle of December and there isn't a single snowflake on the ground.
my part of Indiana, just rain, rain and more rain . . . . and warm temps. December 19th and I didn't wear a coat to work today.
We had a little I mean like an inch of snow Friday and it snowed a little Saturday...all gone now though... It's really depressing when you can't go out an enjoy the snow!!! I hope we get a little for Xmas!!! They are saying maybe Fri & Sat snow here!!!
No snow here. Wearing my winter coat in hopes that all the forecasts are wrong & we get some cold weather!
Winter coat? What's that? I'm still wearing a windbreaker or just a sweatshirt. In North Dakota. In December.
Living in short sleeves in Chicago... then again- it takes being out in below freezing (for more than to the car and back) for me to wear a winter coat.
At the second job - the grocery store - the consensus was... we'll take snow from now until mid January... but give us THIS for the rest of the winter, and we'd be VERY happy. :thumb:
Tomorrow - is suppposed to be a different story.

I wear my winter coat in the morning, but don't need anything that heavy when I leave work. There's a dusting of snow in a few places, but there is none in the forecast. Looks like it will be a green/brown Christmas here in southern Ontario.
I wore my jacket yesterday; morning temps were just below freezing.
Today it's a balmy 47, so I'm wearing a pants suit without a coat.
Last year we got 18 inches of snow on December 26.
I remember that so well--we were travelling to Florida for soccer and skirted the edge of the storm. Some of Lauren's teammates who flew, got stuck with the airport closures and took longer to fly than it took us to drive!
