I have a pretty new computer & use chrome & have it set as my homepage. Lately, it's been showing that purple screen w/ the sad face w/ the tongue out that says, "He's dead, Jim!" & about the webpage has been terminated... Plus, my computer's been slower accessing various pages as well. Anyone know what to do about this? This is the first time this has been happening w/ this computer of mine.
What sites are crashing for you? Are they major sites, or small sites? Have you updated chrome recently (Close and open Chrome)? How many tabs do you have open?
Mine goes get glitchy occasionally. I run anti-spyware, then restart and that usually solves the issue. Also, some sites just don't work well with Chrome (my school email is one); try another browser to see if that works on the sites you are trying to access.
