I've been wanting to get it, but the stores sell out as soon as the shipment arrives. Does no one work anymore!? It seems really neat. I was just wondering if anyone got it and what they think of it.

I've watched a couple of videos on it (my boyfriend is a huge video game fanatic so we watch these things a lot)... There is a lot of evidence that says it can not help you lose weight but might help you set goals for yourself. It sounds fun and interesting to me but I think I might get discouraged if it tells me I'm not making any progress after a couple of months. check out this article...

My husband's friend (who is staying with us for the moment) has wii fit. I think it's kind of a fun way to do a little exercise, but I don't think it will really make you lose weight or get in shape. I get obsessive about working out, so stepping up and down on the little board isn't going to make me lose weight. BUT, I did the pushups and planks on it, and I could feel that afterwards. So, I thought it was fun, but if you're looking at it to get you into shape, I don't think it will happen.

I have it and I am not the least bit impressed. I would not recommend it to be honest :)

I have a Wii Fit. I love it. I don't think that you could lose MAJOR weight but I do believe it would help you tone and lose a few pounds. It is fun! I love the games that it has on it.

My mother was just talking about getting one. She's almost inert, sadly, so the little movement this would give her would be an improvement.

It has a scale on it, and I think my friend said it registers up to 350 pounds. Or something pretty high like that.

That's what I didn't like. My husband kept trying to get me to try it-but I didn't want to get weighed! But, it doesn't weigh you unless you go and do the body test-and it doesn't show your weight unless you go click on weight. You can even put a password on your information so no one can go in and look at your weight.

Well, I already hit the gym weekly, so for me, getting the wii fit would be more of a game than a fitness regiment. It's sold out everywhere here too. I'm taking tomorrow off as a personal day and will hit the stores early in the morning to see if anyone has any left.
