    1. I'm walking more each day. Having my dog has really helped me exercise more because he has to get out and it's a great way to talk to people on our way! :)

    2. I'm buying more flavored water and juice that I can easily take with me if I need to and I also bought some 2 liters of Talking Rain to keep in the fridge so we'll be more likely to drink water.

    3. I'm being a lot more mindful during my day, noticing sounds and smells and saying "hi , have a good day," etc instead of being on autopilot when I'm at a store to help create a friendly neighborhood.

    4. I'm trusting God is in control a lot more so I can relax, but still understand that He doesn't do the resumes, applications - that's my job!

Now it's your turn to share! How are you improving yourself?

    2. I'm eating out less.

    3. I find that I'm eating less.

    4. I tend to walk more outside w/ my dd and dog at dusk since its not so hot.

    I joined a gym-and I am going!
    I am eating more veggies...
I am cooking more-of course because I have time!
I am drinking way more water-usually I drink sweet tea at work! (Not to mention the Bathroom issues-so much easier now)

Side note-we may lose our classroom fridges-:( ...that will make my healthy choices harder to maintain.

I have been going to the gym at least 4 times per week.
I have stopped drinking ANYTHING that contains sugar.
I have added double or sometimes triple the veggies to any dish i'm making (hubby says tonight, "umm is there any turkey in this chili? I only see peppers) LOL
    Eating more fruit
Getting on the scale more often to monitor my weight loss progress (if I didn't lose any weight this week time to step up the exercise, etc.).

Cooking at home more often (we ate out tonight, and it was the first night since I stopped working!) That in itself guarantees more veggies and less fried food/salt since I don't fry food OR use salt.

No soda. I don't buy soda, and we don't have a soda machine here, like we do at work, hence I can't drink it!

Running for 20-30 minutes nightly, followed by some toning exercies.

Getting adequate rest. That's hard to do during the year.

I am pretty faithful to the WW program. I am having trouble with the fats right now. But, that will pass, and next week I will have trouble with something else. I am eating more fruits and veggies. I am cooking only enough for 2 servings--my hubbie and me. I drink lots of water, and my body is good at letting me know I need water. It turned hot here, and my weight went up 3 pounds--but, of course, it is water weight.

    Lots of fruit and veg.

    Drink more water.

MOVE everyday...2 1/2 hours of gardening today....

Also for my mind: have read 3 books, 2 more 'on deck'.

My routine normally goes downhill in the summer. I don't have work to ride my bike to. I'm trying to swim more, though.
