1. I'm walking more each day. Having my dog has really helped me exercise more because he has to get out and it's a great way to talk to people on our way! 2. I'm buying more flavored water and juice that I can easily take with me if I need to and I also bought some 2 liters of Talking Rain to keep in the fridge so we'll be more likely to drink water. 3. I'm being a lot more mindful during my day, noticing sounds and smells and saying "hi , have a good day," etc instead of being on autopilot when I'm at a store to help create a friendly neighborhood. 4. I'm trusting God is in control a lot more so I can relax, but still understand that He doesn't do the resumes, applications - that's my job! :lol: Now it's your turn to share!
