I've asked a similar question but wondered if there were any technology/computers teachers here?

I have the Ohio license for k-12. I think my best position would be elementary computers but that doesn't exist in my current district. They have middle school and high school, which I would consider. But the early start time doesn't work well with my families schedule. I could make it work but the job would have to be a really good one for me to do that. My district has some classes that fix other student Chromebook issues - I think teaching that would be awesome!

If you are a tech teacher, do you like it? What kinds of things do tech teachers do at your school?

My DH is a tech teacher for grades 6-8. He teaches Word, PowerPoint, Excel, keyboarding, digital citizenship, and a little coding here and there. He is also the contact person for day-to-day issues with building technology.

My school technology person teaches Chromebook usage and digital citizenship.
