Does anyone have any experience with these? Our report cards go out to parents next week and I just found out from a co-worker that it looks like we'll be doing anecdotal report cards for the first time and I'm freaking out. Had I know since September this is what we were going to do, I would have taken a lot more notes on my students to prepare. I feel like I can't do these at all :(

Sorry, I'm a bit late, but here's my suggested structure:

    - Start with an introductory summary judgment of the student.
    - Mention some strengths that you have observed in the student this term.
    - Mention some weaknesses you have observed in the student this term.
    - Describe some activities that you have been doing in class, especially ones that the student has benefited from
    - Suggest a target for improvement or (if the student is excellent) some ideas for enrichment/extension.
