Over the past couple of years I've purchased several seasons of a couple of shows off Amazon Instant Video. So far I've watched them using their Unbox program. However, that program is going away in a few weeks. I'm looking at getting the Amazon Fire Stick, but I don't know anyone who has one. I know a couple of people with Roku and they seem to like it. Anyone have any suggestions or opinions? I don't watch Netflix, so it would be mostly used for Amazon videos (for now at least). Thanks!

It's supposed to be pretty good - you could also look into the Chromecast to see if that suits your needs.

We have the chromecast thing. Hubby has it set up through an app on his phone. Pretty cool. We have a Roku and a couple of NeoTv (I think that is what they are).

We have a chrome cast and love it! But I can't figure out how to make it work with amazon. My husband seems to think that they won't work together. I bought a fire stick when they were on sale a few months ago, but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Good luck!

We use a Roku Stick with Amazon Prime which works wonderfully, and we also use Chrome Cast which requires another stick.

I have a Chromecast too and I love it. I feel it works the best with mobile apps actually. Netflix from my computer won't stream continuously; it just plays one episode.

I feel like the Roku, Fire stick, and Chromecast are all the same thing. I don't think you can go wrong with any. Good luck!
