    I've been a substitute for 10 years.
I would like to get my k - 5 license, but it's very expensive.
Some schools cost 35k to get a master's and license. Ouch.
I looked into an alternative residential route, but was advised against it by educators since it's more difficult to find a k - 5 full time position, unless it's in a very high demand school or position. Title one school, intervention, etc

Not sure if it its worth the time, cost, expense since I'm approaching 55 years of age.

Anyone familiar with Ohio State alternative program?
