I am new to subbing so maybe this is just me but does anyone else find online sub booking frustrating?! My district uses Willsub, which I think is a similar system to Aesop. A 'job available' FINALLY popped up on my screen for the first time and in the two seconds it took me to read it, it was gone! Ugh it would have been perfect too! :(
Hopefully something else pops up... is it always this way?

When I was subbing, I'd keep the window open while I was searching on the internet and look at the window every now and then. Does it automatically refresh?

The schools that I sub for use Aesop. The jobs are picked up VERY fast!
I use Jobulator - so a little "bell" rings when job is posted. I don't have to continually check, check, check Aesop.

I looked into that but Jobulator only works with Aesop, and Willsub is a different system...I wish that was an option it would be so helpful!

And you should be aware that Jobulator is not available to everyone. One can't use it in my district. I'm not sure if it's the fact that it's not available here or the district just doesn't include it in their contract with AESOP.
