On a resume, what dates do you put if you are currently on layoff (unionized)? I am still employed with a school board (Job 2), but I have not worked in their classrooms since the end of last school year. I am working in Job 1 right now, and I am applying to an internal position. I need to resubmit a resume. It seems odd to write "2014-current" when really, it's been seven months since I actually worked there.

    Example:
    Job 1 (9/2016 - current)
    Job 2 (9/2014 - ??????)

I would honestly put the last month/year you worked not say current. You are not currently teaching.
