This is a ten year old thread

Really? mountain dew? Iv'e never heard about that honestly. Just wondering how are you sure about that, I mean did you guys seek from expert? It would be good if that will be coming from an adhd specialist. that's what I'm concern about.
There's quite a bit of research done on the subject, actually, but the results are mixed. The most common treatment for ADHD is stimulant therapy, and caffeine is a stimulant. Results are mostly mixed because of the purity of the caffeine samples being provided. But this is a quite old tread, the original post is twelve years old!
Someone must have done a search for Mt. Dew and found this thread LOL
I'm sure you could drink coffee with the same effects and without all the crap loaded into Mt. Dew.
If you bump the little "date posted" label in the forum corner it switches it from newest posts to oldest posts, which are from 2007. I've switched it accidentally on my cellphone before.
Yeah, it's an old thread, but it's still relevant today
I have heard it works but it's so unhealthy!
I've had a few students drink soda at lunch per doctor's orders to help make it through the day, since medication starts to wear off. Not sure it helps but it doesn't seem to harm. The biggest problem with it as a teacher is when the student brags that they get soda but no one else does.
