Just the iPad in general. It's so stupid because as he sits on the couch watching his daily stuff on television, I'm sitting on the couch on the Internet. Yet he takes issue with me being on the Internet. Ummm...he has no leg to stand on!
My hubs isn't home right now to complain, though sometimes my daugher will come in, look what I'm doing, and say, "You're on there again?" I don't think I have an addiction though.
I use to be on here more and my DH started complaining. Now I save it for when he's gaming (he can't complain if he's on the computer too!!) or when he's gone and I'm free. I'm not around much now that we have a baby girl and own a house, lol!
My husband can't really say anything because he has his own forums he frequents I usually am on here when he's working or playing Xbox. So it's not really an issue.
DH has never said anything to me about it. He doesn't mind, but I am addicted to A to Z for sure. It's the first site I go to when I have the internet up.

That's so funny...I sometimes visualize cza as Streep! Except for in "Death Becomes Her". Sounds insulting because of the word "death", but it's not at all. I loved that movie when I was young. I had to google Shantel and realized she was on OTH.

I love the fact that Facebook has "introduced" me to some of you all! The fact that I don't know some of your names drives me crazy! That name thread...I just couldn't read any more. I was too curious! Mike, your profile pic looks so much like my friend Jesse that I have to look twice every time I see it. And you should be flattered, because Jesse is, um, ok...majorly hunky. He is a golden gloves boxer, a personal trainer, and runs about 12 miles a day, and he is gorgeous. So there ya go!
Totally addicted. I had only come here occasionally throughout the school year but this summer I'm here daily! Love hearing from other teachers who are passionate about teaching!

Clearly this thread and the new puppy thread "inspired" my dream last night. And the bra and shopping threads. This was ridiculous. :lol: Peachy had posted here that she was having trouble with her dog. I knew I could remedy the situation, so I left for California! On a school bus. And I went shopping the entire way there just filling up two seats on the bus. And at a Victoria's Secret knock-off store which served pizza as well, I met Hank Baskett (I barely know who he is in real life...strange!) who had left the girl he married (Kendra something...she had a show at one point). Anyway, I ended up sneaking in Peachy's kitchen and went to work on the dog problem...it wasn't the dog who was the problem, but creating a device to keep her (dog was pregnant, by the way) restrained while Peachy and her mother went out (mother was Shelly). I accidently made noise going through the pots and pans cabinet to make some restrainng device so she comes in the kitchen and see me, a stranger. I pop up excited and say, "Guess who?!" I made sure to wear a baseball cap so I'd come across as "girl next door". Lol. She guessed it, and didn't act too shocked that I traveled the country to fix her problem. By the way, in the end I couldn't fix it so I just told her to buy a baby gate and keep the dog in the kitchen. They had linoleum flooring from the 70s, so I figured if the dog grew upset while Peachy and Shelly were away and she ruined the floor, it wouldn't be a huge loss. And I'll spare you my ride home. So dumb. I tend to do this, as I am sure many people do...dream about the previous day pieced together in ine crazy mess.
JustMe, I laughed so hard reading that. You are hilarious! I do that, too, sometimes, stringing the day and events into an irrational story. Usually this happens when I'm not sleeping well because I had an iced coffee at 5 pm or something. The hat = girl next door (this is not my visual at all, I see "Daisy Duke")...!
Just Me, you know that Hank Baskett's wife (Kendra) was one of the stars of a show called "Girls Next Door" about Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. It's odd that you described yourself that way in Peachy's kitchen after seeing Hank in your dream! You brain must have scanned a commercial or something for that show or her (Kendra) somehow! LOL

He doesn't tell me I am addicted, but whenever there is a heated conversation on here, I tell him about it, so he always thinks when I am on here that I am engaged in some heated debate. He always asks what we are "**tching" about. lol. I can't seem to convince him that those conversations aren't the ONLY thing that goes on here. lol
