Our district requires documentation of academic regression over the weekends and vacations. However the problem is they do not give us any format or forms to use. Typical I know.. I was wondering if anyone here has any forms that they use... Or suggestions??? Right now I am trying to use a word document to note what I notice... But that is tedious!!! Michelle
