I was just called for a screening interview in a few weeks. She said that it would last 10 mins. The screening interviews I have been on have been 20 mins long.

Does anyone know which questions they would ask for that 10 mins interview? I can't believe it's only 10 mins!

I feel like they would ask very specific questions since it's so short. I don't think think that's enough time to get to know my background.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I went on one recently that was supposed to be 10 mins. They asked about managing high class sizes (since they are 30+ here), how to incorporate technology when planning lessons, and communication with parents. I think there was one more but I can't remember.

I've been on a few in the 10-15 minute range. They are usually very generic questions. I honestly think these short interviews are more to gauge personality and compatibility than anything else.
Don't expect to get to ask any questions of your own at this point.

I had a 15 minute one today. Was asked why I should be hired, what I would do to engage a disinterested student, classroom management, and how I use data.
