I'm looking for age-appropriate lesson plans for tomorrow....there will be a moment of silence before school and the flag will be half-mast. I believe the kids need to know WHY we are doing this - they were only in K when the attacks occurred....
any ideas on how I can explain the meaning of the day or activities I can do with the kids?
    Thanks!

    Hi!

I teach 5th grade, and was looking for some age appropriate lessons on the topic as well. If you come across any, could you please email them to me? Thank you!
