So I just checked last year. We had 84 jobs at this time last year and only 107 on the entire list! So we are way ahead of last year! It also shows that there are still quite a few more jobs to be found between now and Oct.

Got a job offer today for fourth grade!! Still have to wait for the "official" call from HR, but the principal placed my name in, I can't see any reason I won't have the job. Very excited! Edited to add: I'm in Tennessee.

Some districts I applied to individual schools and some I did not (per their rules); no clue on how many resumes went out. One job fair and one interview and poof, a job!!!
