I am thrilled to add to this list. How long have you been trying? Since we moved to Ohio in 2006 How many resumes did you send out? I stopped counting after 100 How many interviews or job fairs? 10 interviews What general geographic area? Columbus Ohio And of course what grade and/or subject? 4th Grade Math/LA Not a new teacher but a first year teacher in Ohio! 3 years all together.
