Hi... I am looking for suggestions on fun apps that focus on Language Arts and Math. I teach a 5/6 class. I have a student with Down Syndrome. I am hoping for some fun games that can be used to practice phonics and basic math skills. I also have a student that struggles with reading comprehension and math. Visuals would be wonderful! I have access to iPads so would love to hear what everyone has found helpful.

    Thanks!!!

A great math app I use with my students is Matific. It's a free website that provides hands-on and interactive activities. Students can move at their own pace and you have the ability to assign specific activities to your different groups of learners. They are a K-6 program and provide tons of visuals that you can manipulate!
