I miss the old smilies. Is there any way to get a bit more variety with the new ones?

This is on my to-do list!
I like the 3D 'juiciness' of the new smilies if you can find new ones that fit the old 'messages'

Ok, help me remember what we are missing. I'm not sure if there is an easy way for me to find the old codes.... I remember and were two of the custom ones. Any others you remember?
Ok, it looks like I have some new ones installed.
Here are a few:
I'm going to add even more in a few minutes.
Here's the "thumbs"

There was a big-fishy-grin smilie - the character was green, as I recall. There were also some animated smilies: some of them unfurled signs of various sorts, and one of them had one character giving another a hug (that one was much used). The blue one that was spitting coffee (I think it was coffee) in surprise was funny. One of the ROFL smilies simply had a laughing head rolling; my favorite, which I associate with Irish Dave because he was the first one I saw using it, was the one that went through a sequence of grinning, then laughing, then guffawing in partial profile and finally pounding the table. The beating-the-dead-horse and pounding-head-against-brick-wall animated smilies also saw a lot of use.
Now I know how you can be so helpful. You never forget a thing!
Oh, I forget plenty. I've missed dozens of smilies, I know. But the pounding-the-table smilie never failed to be contagious with me. And I do miss (though I'm not sure I ever used) the hug smilie.
Thanks @TeacherGroupie! I found the old ones, but it looks like I'll have to add them one by one. I'm trying to remember the most popular ones.
I'll keep a list here of what I add back. There are some large birthday ones under the "celebrate" tab in the post editor.
The party hat dancing smiles were fun!
Okay, there's the rolling laugh, the dead horse, and - yesss! - the indispensable hug. Oh, and you've got the rolling eyes and the looking-at-the-ceiling-and-whistling (see, 'daisy, I'd completely forgotten both of those).
I live in hope of seeing the pounding-the-table one... and thanks hugely, Amanda.
There are about 40 more of the "classic" ones. I have had to pick everything from text descriptions only so it's hard to find the best ones. If you remember any others that you want back let me know. I'll get back to it later.
@TeacherGroupie is the pounding the table one this one?
Ok, I see your description above. I'll try to find it!
I'm not a smilie user, so I have no idea: how does one go about finding these things?
There is a smile icon on the post editor. When you click it, it opens up your options and you can just click them.
As for the big grin, there is a new version that looks like this:
The old one looks like this:
Keep the new one?
No, sorry, I didn't mean where they are on A to Z (even I can interpret the smilie in the toolbar ): I meant where a site owner like you finds them to put on the site.
Though the grin on the older smilie is more improbable and thus even more fishy, this one will do fine.
LOL! People make smiley sets to install on forums. The old ones came from various sources. The new ones were installed in a convenient package. I'm trying to recover our old ones from the old site. I am not seeing a pounding the table one at all. I wonder if @Irishdave posted that image himself from another source.
Ok, here we go. I finally got these so I could view them. I will add old smilies by request. See image.
The smilie in question is in this image: it's "", on the left between "" and the also-useful ":dunno:"
I like "", but not when people succumb to the temptation to use it as a putdown.
"toofunny" is back!
And as good as ever!

I'm so excited we have more smilies to choose from!
