Focus it on what you will bring to that specific school - what your skills are and how they will benefit from them.

I have a program that we use in our school that does it for me - it is by percentages.
That's a good idea. I also used something similar to that and had a list of student with their pairs (about 5) and this cut down on all that...
It is very scary right now all over the country.
