Help, I'm not sure if this is the right situation for me.

I've been teaching now for two years, and I just changed schools. The school I am in is really great and I have good classes. I teach 5th, 8th and 12th grade. Yet somehow, even though I know I am highly qualified, I don't feel like this is the right line of work for me, because I get so hung up on discipline issues, and though it has gotten better, there are some things that will probably never change about children. I come home exausted, and I don't look forward to school the next day.

After two years, if this is clear, that there are many things about the job that I don't like, should I keep going?

How many experienced teachers go through phases of not wanting to do the job anymore?
