Data Notebooks

I am trying to gather pages to go into a data notebook for my kids to use next year. If you have any pages you have used or know were to get some please let me know.

We have done data notebooks for the last two years. We graphed attendance, SRI scores, NWEA scores, as well as spelling test and math timed test scores. Let me know if you need anything!

Hmm ... I have never heard of these before, but I like what I'm hearing! Does anyone have a picture of what this looks like? What does the sheet look like that you collect data on?

Google data notebook examples and go to the one that says montgomery county public.... I can't post the address yet. I have to be a user a little longer.
