Learning Style Quiz

Hi there. Does anyone have a learning style quiz that I could give to my students during the first week of school? I know they have tons of online interactive quizzes, but I want one on paper. I just want to know how the students learn best.

Thanks!

if you look up gardner's multiple intelligences, i'm sure you'll find print-outs for surveys/tests that you can give your students. i actually have one that i'm going to use during the first week of school for the same purpose, but i don't have a scanner to give you a link to it. hope you can find it online and print it out!

Here's one:

you simply have to cut and paste it into a word doc. and then format it the way you want.

thanks for sharing!

I am looking for some things to do the first couple of days as my schedule will change after we figure out exactly how many students we will have. It is AMAZING that some parents don't make their kids come to school the first two days (it is a Thursday and Friday).

The checklist is good to use as a reference when report cards and conferences come up too.

There's a book on Differentiated Instruction by Carol Tomlinsin that I am using as a Bible while I plan my lessons. it has tons of reproducibles including a great quiz on learning styles that I plan to use with my kids the first day or week of school. I highly reccommend it. I was able to buy it in Amazon for less than $10. Quick read, informative with great ideas and lots of graphic organizers, etc.
