I am a long time learner and borrower of advice from AtoZ, so I figured it was time to introduce myself. I'm Pary. I currently teach in Korea. Last year was my first (half) year out of university and I taught remediation at a school in my hometown in the spring.
I have been spending more time here recently, as I have started looking for my next position and gleaming these pages for advice. It's helped- I have my fourth interview tonight, and I have only been applying for 3 weeks. My current job is incredibly easy (literally NO students for the next month) and I spend all of my school time and free time when I'm not travelling applying for jobs. I don't know if it's just me, but I feel really good about the prospective jobs for 2013-2014, at least compared to last year. Or maybe I am just taking the search more seriously? Who knows if I will get something, but it's just nice to be recognized by schools this year.
