Personality Clashes...
Is there someone who has gone through this that would be ok PMing me? I don't feel comfortable posting about it here on the message boards.

Oh, YEAH! But I don't know if I am a good person to offer advice. I hate confrontations... It took me three months to say sayonara to a parent whose kiddos I tutored (she was a monster).

Is the clash with a parent, student, principal, or coworker?
If it is the coworker, feel free to PM me. I'm very experienced!

Yeah, I'm dealing with a couple of coworkers who are very immature and have no senses. I just emailed my boss about something major one of them did... sigh. But see, instead of going to them I went to my boss. But then again, I'm not paid enough to deal with his anger when I confront him about it.

For sure and it's one person who is just awful. I've never felt this way so strongly about anyone.

It must be in the water. I have a co-worker that I really have an issue with. (Lots of us here do.) I ignore it as much as possible, but it made my year really rough last year. This year we are rotating kids, so I'm forced to be around her more - it's making this year even more rough. I invest in Advil and chocolate.
