Hurricane Sandy Relief

Hi all,
My school was destroyed in Hurriane Sandy and we lost everything. Nothing on the entire first floor was salvageable and crews came and and threw everything in dumpsters. It is so sad that everything that I have kept and compiled over the last 6 years of teaching is all gone. This is a link to my donorschoose.org website where I am trying to raise money to rebuild a new leveled library of books for my classroom. If you type promo code "INSPIRE" the site will match your donation.. Any little bit counts if anyone can help Thanks!

I went to donate but I see your project has been completely funded. Right?

So sorry for all that you all went through and are going through.

I'm seeing she still needs about $580.

My school is raising funds through staff and student council for two schools in our state. Have you contacted your state school boards association? They may be able to put you in touch with another school who might help you out with fundraising.

Oh, I see now. She had a project completed on December 5th and there is now a new one, understandably. Got it.
