Bilingual certification-- if you have EC-6

Are you automatically Esl certified in TX? It's late for me to call SBEC & I was hoping someone out there will know what the current state regs are. thks

The answer is yes. It's just the way they write this certification it's not as obvious but it does cover you as ESL certify.
