How do you create a border in Google docs?

I can't see anywhere in Google Docs where it allows this. Is there a way to add a page border? Anyone know?

Hmm. I don't think so.

You could maybe insert a jpeg of a border and then put a text box over it. Haven't tried this.

Or, you could use GoogleSpreadsheets, though your border options will not be fancy.

A top and bottom border would be easy enough in Docs by simply doing a jpeg, but this will not get you a border on the sides.

Okay. That's sort of what I was gathering, since I couldn't quite find a way to do a border directly in the document.
