Scholastic Big Day for PreK Curriculum??

Does anyone have any experience using Scholastic Big Day for PreK Curriculum? My director wants to change our curriculum and this is what she wants us to use in September. I got a sample today and I really like it, except that it does not address high frequency words like my old curriculum does. But before I go gushing to her that I do really like the curriculum that she has selected, I'd like to know if there are any pitfalls I should look out for. Any comments would be much appreciated!
