I dont use this book because it doesnt follow the true tale of the poinsetta. So while we discuss traditions and tales around the world, I tell the class the tale of the poinsetta which originated from Mexico. After we discuss the tale we make poinsettas from mailbox mag. Oriental trading also has a craft. I also use to make 2 poinsetta wreaths out of the class hand prints on a paper plate. Kids trace one hand on green and one on red. cut them out and place all the green hands on the outer part of the plate and the red hands on the inner part of the plate. We then hang them in the window of the class. I hope this helps.
