Clifford the Big Red Dog

I am going to start the year with a Clifford theme. (kindergarten) Does anyone have any good ideas, activities, etc. I have a few ideas. I have a pretty good collection of Clifford books.

I can't believe I am already worried about next year! What is wrong with me?!? I couldn't wait for school to get out, and now I am thinking about next year!

I have a friend that sent home a Clifford bag each weekend. It included an instruction sheet, books, worksheets, coloring sheets, a stuffed Clifford, a Clifford video, and a spiral journal. The parents were suppose to help the kids write about what Clifford did while at their house for the weekend. The kids really enjoyed it.

When I did my internship my mentor did a week of Clifford. We displayed all the books... and read them after recess. We made a clifford head using a little red plate. As a assessment we traced a Clifford house on a piece of paper and the students had to follow directions, color, cut and paste.
