I have been thinking about it for weeks. Unfortunately we are going out to eat so I can't make my special recipe but I'm hoping the restaurant has a good one. I have also been thinking about that green been casserole with the crispy onions on top. I REALLY want that too!! Last year's plan to make it was foiled so I am thinking of making it this week just for the heck of it since I'm sure the fancy restaurant won't have it LOL

I'm dreaming about cranberry sauce, too. I'm the only one who hates the canned stuff. Both Dad and BF went out and bought a can of of cranberry sauce... they were scared I wouldn't get it for them

So I'm making a small batch just for me. This year, I'm going to add pomegranate to it.

Last year we had Thanksgiving dinner at our house and my MIL brought over 2 cans of the cranberry jelly. My BIL made her bring them because he was afraid I wouldn't have it. Seriously, he is 32 years old and would probably cry if it wasn't on the table

I would make the cranberry salad too, even if I was the only one who ate it...more for me!!! Everyone who tries it loves it though.

My mom asked me last weekend if I had any special food requests for Thanksgiving. My answer, "Umm....do I have to request the regular Thanksgiving food?"

To Be Determined
I am making pies today, but I'll be making myself some cranberry sauce on Friday if none shows up on the Thanksgiving table. We are eating at his brother's place, and no one was signed up to bring it. I don't think they've had it on the table the last couple years.
