Our librarian either reads to the students or uses BrainPop or other videos. He is trying to read books/watch videos on specific topics every month instead of just reading random books in each library period.

Private school (parochial)--we are lucky to get volunteers in a few times a week so we can send our students to the library to check out books. Otherwise, I take my class down once a week and check them out myself.

The librarian from the local public library comes once a month and reads to the kids. They often do a short activity or readers theater.
