So I graduated last year with a BS in Elementary Education.
Today I finally got some good news that the principal of the school that I sub at wants to talk to me tomorrow about becoming the Pre-K teacher. (The teaching situation is horrible in MD, so I am happy to take what I can get at this point!)
I am actually a little (ok, very) scared because
A.) I didn't dual major in this area.
B.) PRAXIS II 0022- I have to take the dreaded Praxis II in this area unless I want to go back to school to complete 30 credits (which I don't and don't have the time).
So I need all of the help I can get!
Those who have taken the Praxis II in this area, or who are dual certified- Would you share your thoughts on the level of difficulty of this Praxis? Any tips? Good study aids? Anything that I need to know specifically?
I have one shot to take it in June and pass it or I won't be able to be hired.
