Some Great Scholarship News!

Hi everyone! I am so excited I just had to post about it! I just found out that I received 3 scholarships that all in all amount to about $3,000 and 2 grants that amount to about $5,000 (and this isn't including my $7,000 AIMS scholarship that completely covers my tuition). I am so happy! I will be student teaching next spring, so this is such a blessing. This is going to completely cover my housing for fall semester, and leave me with about $1,500 so I might get a meal plan with that extra money and only have to pay $400, and then in the spring I will get $4,000 to help with all of those student teaching costs (I will either be student teaching with DODDS, or go home and live with my mom). I am so excited! Thanks for letting me share

Thank you all so much! I am just so giddy about it. It could not have come at a better time . This has been a wonderful last couple of weeks! I found out about these scholarships, kept my 4.0 and found out that my boss from last summer wants me back at the daycare (and is going to raise my pay so I am not working for minimum wage hooray ). Isn't it great when your hard work finally seems to pay off?
