website or software for designing math tests?

I want to create my own math tests. What do you use? To be specific, I want to create a math test on customary and metric measurement with items on the page to be measured.

I like this program, which is all different math fonts. I use it a great deal to create worksheets and tests.

I love Mathtype.

But you could honestly do just fine with Word, using clipart images to be measured.

www.thatquiz.org is AMAZING!! I don't know exactly what kinds of questions... but you can create tests completely from scratch, or you can pull generic questions from an array of options. The kids take it on the computer and it gives you the results online.

My kids use it for basic facts practice, not for quizzes... but I have entertained the thought of using it for testing

My favorite is beestar. There are two worksheets every week, full of all real life problems, challenging stuff to help kids thinking. Actually, I think you can use the worksheets directly.

You're welcome!

When they update the software you can get the update for free just for sending them a worksheet that you've made with the software.
